These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Afaq App (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1) Operator & Trading Services Provider
The App is published and operated by RSSF Fintech LTD, Cyprus.
Trading services are provided by Afaq FX Markets (Comoros) Ltd, Company Registration No. HN00625300, licensed by the Mwali International Services Authority under the International Brokerage and Clearing House License (License No. BFX2025079, issued on 08/07/2025).
2) Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction.
3) Risk Warning (CFDs)
Trading CFDs involves significant risk and may result in the loss of your invested capital. CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. No profits or returns are guaranteed.
4) Account Registration & Security
A trading account is required. Phone number registration is mandatory for account identification and security. You are responsible for your account activity.
5) KYC / Compliance
You must complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing deposits, withdrawals, or Live trading. We may request additional information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Failure to complete verification may restrict access.
6) Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification, security checks, processing times, and regulatory requirements. Use payment methods you own and are authorized to use.
7) No Financial Advice
The App does not provide investment advice. Any market information is for informational purposes only.
8) Prohibited Use
You must not use the App for fraud, money laundering, illegal activities, or system abuse.
9) Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, compliance issues, or legal requirements.
10) Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for trading losses, execution delays, technical failures, or indirect damages.
